Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen after logging in. It gives you quick access to your saved dive plans, tank configurations, and team access management.

Saved Dive Plans

This card displays all your saved decompression dive plans. From here you can:

  • Open a plan — Click on any plan to load it in the Dive Planner
  • Edit a plan — Use the context menu (three dots) to open a plan directly in edit mode
  • Create folders — Organize your plans into folders (e.g., by dive site, trip, or training session)
  • Drag and drop — Move plans between folders by dragging them
  • Rename or delete folders — Use the context menu on any folder. Deleting a folder moves plans out of it — plans are never deleted when you delete a folder
  • Delete plans — Remove plans you no longer need (this cannot be undone)
tip

If you don't have any saved plans yet, click Open Dive Planner to create your first dive plan.

Saved Tanks

This card lets you save and manage your tank configurations so you can quickly reuse them in the Dive Planner. For each tank you can configure:

  • Tank name — Give it a recognizable name (e.g., "Back Mount Twin 12L")
  • Gas role — Set whether this is a bottom gas or deco gas tank
  • Gas mix — The gas composition (O2% and He%) with a live gas preview and computed MOD
  • Number of tanks — Single or multiple (twins, etc.)
  • Volume — Tank volume in liters (or cubic feet)
  • Start pressure — Fill pressure in bar (or PSI)
  • Reserve pressure — Minimum reserve pressure in bar (or PSI)
  • Folders — Organize tanks into folders, just like dive plans
  • Drag and drop — Move tanks between folders

The modal also displays the total gas available based on your volume, pressure, and tank count.

Click Add Tank to create a new tank configuration. You can edit or delete existing tanks from their context menu.

Team Access

This card is available for Dive Professional and Dive Center subscriptions. It lets you manage access codes for your team:

  • Grant access — Send a premium access invitation to a student or instructor by email
  • Track status — Accesses are organized into three sections: Active (claimed), Pending (unclaimed invitations), and Inactive (expired or revoked)
  • Edit email — Change the recipient email for pending invitations that haven't been claimed yet
  • Revoke access — Remove someone's access at any time
  • Resend invitations — Resend the invite email if someone didn't receive it
  • Purchase additional access — When your included quota is reached, you can buy extra access slots directly from the card

Click How do accesses work? at the bottom of the card for a detailed explanation of access types, quotas, and how they work.
