Create an Account

Creating a DiveToolbox account is free and only takes a minute. You'll need a valid email address to verify your account.

Sign up​

From the landing page, click Sign Up in the top-right corner. The sign-up process has 4 steps:

Step 1 — About You​

Choose a username (at least 3 characters). This is the name other users will see. You can optionally upload a profile picture — crop and zoom it to get the perfect shot. You can always change these later.

Step 2 — Contact​

Enter your email address. This will be your login email and where you'll receive the verification code.

Step 3 — Security​

Choose a password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it. Then click Next to proceed to the diver profile step.

Step 4 — Diver Profile​

After entering your credentials, you can configure your diver profile settings. This step is optional — you can click Use Default Values to skip it and use standard values, or customize each setting to match your diving preferences.

The available settings are:

  • Measurement system: Metric or Imperial
  • Gas consumption: SAC rate and Deco SAC rate (in L/min)
  • Gradient factors: GF Low and GF High
  • PPO2 settings: Active PPO2 and Deco PPO2 (in bar)
  • Speeds: Descent speed, Ascent speed, and Ascent speed between deco stops (in m/min)
  • Deco settings: Last stop depth, Deco stops distance, Gas switch duration, and four toggles: Switch deco gas at MOD, Switch deco gas at first stop, Round stops to whole minutes, and Descent included in bottom time

You can change all diver profile settings at any time from the Diver Profile page.

Email verification​

After signing up, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Enter this code to verify your account. The code expires after 15 minutes — you can request a new one if needed.

Once verified, you'll be redirected to the dashboard and can start using DiveToolbox right away.

Sign in​

Already have an account? Click Login from the landing page. Enter your email and password, then click Let's Go.

You can check Keep me signed in to stay logged in across sessions.

Forgot your password?​

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen

  2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Code

  3. You'll receive a reset code by email (expires in 15 minutes)

  4. Enter the code, choose a new password (at least 8 characters), and confirm it. Then click Reset Password.

If you don't receive the verification or reset email, check your spam folder.
