1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DiveToolbox (the "Service"), operated by Onosia EURL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DiveToolbox provides online dive planning and gas calculation tools, including a decompression dive planner, gas blending calculators, MOD/EAD/END calculators, unit converters, and related features. The Service is available as a web application and mobile application.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.

5. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using premium features. Payment information is required to start the trial.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, algorithms, and software on DiveToolbox are the exclusive property of Onosia EURL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

8. Diving Safety Disclaimer

DiveToolbox provides calculation tools for informational and planning purposes only. These tools DO NOT replace: proper dive training and certification, a certified dive computer, the judgment of a qualified dive professional, adherence to safe diving practices. You are solely responsible for your dive planning decisions. Diving carries inherent risks including decompression sickness, oxygen toxicity, and drowning. Never exceed the limits of your training and experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onosia EURL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to dive planning decisions based on calculations provided by the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
