Learn Hub

The Learn Hub is a free educational section that expands the theory behind the tools. Each guide takes one of our Instagram carousels and turns it into a full lesson, translated slide by slide into your language.

Where to find it​

Open the Learn Hub from the footer of any page in the app, or go directly to divetoolbox.com/learn.

On the web version, the Learn Hub is a first-class section rendered inside the app. On the mobile apps (iOS and Android), the Learn Hub opens in an in-app browser view when you tap the Learn link in the footer — the app stays in the background and a native "Close" button brings you right back.

Categories​

Content is organised into five categories:

  • Physics — Boyle, Dalton, Henry, Charles and the laws that govern every dive
  • Physiology — how the body reacts underwater (narcosis, oxygen toxicity, CNS, OTU…)
  • Planning — dive planning workflows and best practices
  • Equipment — gear-focused explanations
  • Skills — techniques, procedures and drills

New guides are published regularly. If a category is empty, it will fill up as we publish more.

How a lesson works​

Every lesson has three parts:

  1. A carousel of slides — the same visual explanation you would find on our Instagram, fully translated into your language. Swipe (or use arrow keys on desktop) to move through the slides.
  2. A written explanation for each slide, right below the image, so you can go deeper than what fits in a social-media caption.
  3. Related tools — every lesson links back to the DiveToolbox tools it references (Dive Planner, MOD calculator, SAC calculator, etc.), so you can immediately try the concept in practice.

Bookmarks and read state​

If you are logged in, you can:

  • Bookmark a lesson to keep it in your personal reading list
  • Mark a lesson as read to track your progress

Bookmarks and read state sync across devices via your account.

The Learn Hub has a search field at the top of the landing page. It matches on the lesson title, the summary and the keywords attached to each guide (e.g., boyle, narcosis, martini, equalization…), so you can jump directly to what you are looking for.

Follow along on Instagram​

Every guide in the Learn Hub started life as an Instagram carousel. Follow @dive_toolbox to get new carousels in your feed each week — each of them then lands here, translated and expanded, a few days later.
